If you do not complete required face verification, your account may not be marked as verified. We may also restrict access to certain features, reject or delay requests, suspend the account, or delete the account later where appropriate.
When a user submits a request to proceed with a profile, we may collect information related to that request, such as selected profile details, request status, administrative notes, verification status, and information needed to review or manage the request.
Some requests may require a fee. Paid requests are handled by the administration side of the Service. We may collect and store limited information needed to confirm, review, approve, reject, or manage paid requests, such as request identifiers, payment status, amount, date, and related administrative records.
Unless explicitly requested through an approved payment process, we do not ask you to provide full payment card details inside the app. Any payment information collected or processed for paid requests is used only for payment confirmation, request management, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal or operational compliance.
When you use the Service on a mobile device, we may collect limited technical information automatically to maintain and secure the Service, such as device type, operating system version, app version, approximate diagnostic data, and crash logs ("Usage Data").
